Christina is a yoga teacher, somatic therapist, and movement facilitator. She has been moving, dancing, and practicing yoga for almost 20 years. As a teacher, she has facilitated experiences all over the world, including in Bali, Thailand, New Zealand, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Costa Rica, and the United States.
Christina is interested in helping people find the various places of resource and support within their bodies, lives and community. She helps her clients rediscover safety and support within the tissues of the body. She believes that support and unconditional positive regard are the foundations for deep transformation.
She is an ERYT 500 yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance who has been teaching since 2011. With more than 6000 teaching hours, she currently leads teacher trainings and mentoring programs throughout the world. She is also an Embodied Flow Somatic Movement Therapist with ISMETA, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapist with The Embody Lab, and completing her certification in Biodynamic Craniosacral. She is also currently undertaking a Masters in Social Work at the University of Melbourne.
